1. Visit MySchoolFees
   
2. Sign in as Guest or Create an Account
   
3. Select School: UT - Nebo - Maple Mountain High
   
4. Category: Counseling ---> Education Verification: Add to Cart
   
5. Checkout: Add Name for Education Verification ---> Continue to Checkout
   
6. Enter Payment ($10 + $2 Transaction Fee) and Add Email for Receipt

Email or Fax a Copy of your MySchoolFees Receipt
